The What Works? Ask the Students program features focus groups and surveys that help students understand how they best learn, and how their teachers can help them learn by using these instructional preferences to reach and teach all students.
The What Works? Ask the Parents program offers a choice between a parent-focused dialogue on successful ways of helping students learn, and a parent-teacher discussion about how they can work together to improve student achievement.
Both programs are based on the knowledge that involving families results in more effective learning and teaching.
