Baldrige Education Criteria for Performance Excellence

The Baldrige Education Criteria for Performance Excellence is a holistic, systems approach specifically designed for planning and implementing improvement in education institutions.

CAE works with partnering consultants, who are experienced with the Baldrige program and its seven criteria categories, to provide a range of support services, including introductory overviews, organizational profile or system assessments, and a ranking of a school or district against the Baldrige criteria.

The Education Criteria allow educators to measure themselves against high management standards, and also share best practices in seven areas: Leadership; Strategic Planning; Student, Stakeholder and Market Focus; Measurement, Analysis, and Knowledge Management; Faculty and Staff; Process Management; and Organizational Performance Results.
