Registration of students for the Gathering of Champions student recognition
event asks students or parents to list their name, address, mailing address,
email address and telephone number, only for the purpose of reserving and
confirming seating for the Gathering of Champions events. Advance registration is not required to participate in
many of the event’s associated activities, although seating is limited for the hourly recognition programs and may
not be available without registering in advance. This registration information is not publicized and is not shared
with any third party.
Nominations for the WEM Outstanding Educator Awards ask for personally identifying information, including a
name, mailing address, email address, or telephone number, which is requested to confirm nomination
submissions. Nominators are not identified to their nominees. If a nominee asks to learn the name of their
nominator, the nominator is contacted for authorization to disclose their identity. If the nominator is a student who
is not of legal age, permission from the student’s parent or guardian is requested. If the permission is not granted,
the nominator’s name is not disclosed to the nominee. The disclosure or lack of disclosure of a nominator’s name
does not affect the nomination. This information is not publicized and is not shared with any third party.
No information is collected by CAE using cookies, computer tracking devices or any other means that is not visible
